Graduation Information
Apply for Graduation
Students applying for graduation and Commencement must complete their application in order to participate. This form is available in WebbConnect. Should you have any questions, please email registrar@gardner-webb.edu.
Settle with Student Accounts
All fees must be paid to the Student Accounts Office in order to receive the diploma and selected services such as a transcript. Questions regarding your student account should be directed to the Student Accounts Office at studentaccounts@gardner-webb.edu.
Diploma
All graduates will be presented with a diploma cover at the commencement ceremony. The diploma itself will be shipped to the address you provide. Please allow six to eight weeks from the date of commencement for home delivery.
Regalia
You are all encouraged to purchase your attire by March 28, 2025 to ensure that you receive your order in time for the May 8th commencement. Please place your order early!
