Graduation Information
Apply for Graduation
Students applying for graduation and Commencement must complete their application in order to participate. Those forms are available in WebbConnect.
Students from previous virtual ceremonies who wish to participate in Commencement or students with any other questions must contact the Registrar: registrar@gardner-webb.edu
Settle with Student Accounts
All fees must be paid to the Business Office in order to receive the diploma and selected services such as a transcript. Questions regarding your student account should be directed to the Business Office at 704-406-4287.
Diploma
All graduates will be presented with a diploma cover at the commencement ceremony. The diploma itself will be shipped to the address you provide. Please allow six to eight weeks from the date of commencement for home delivery.
Regalia
You are all encouraged to purchase your attire by March 27, 2024 to ensure that you receive your order in time for the May 2 commencement. Please place your order early!
