Help Center First Time User is the system for new students to setup their account. You will need your Gardner-Webb University student ID number, your username (first part of GWU email address before the @ symbol), your birthdate, and the personal email address used on your application to the University. You will be asked to set a password, choose four security questions and your answers, provide a mobile phone number, and provide a personal email address for use during future password resets.
